You will also up-sell existing customers on additional catalog subscriptions and licensed seats in your territory. You will meet and exceed your monthly goals by managing your sales activity. This exciting sales position directly interfaces with top accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and revenue generation.

To qualify you must have a minimum of 2-4 years inside sales experience and a record of exceeding goals and sales targets. You will also have exceptional customer service orientation, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.

As an Account Support Specialist you will report directly to the Accounting Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities include billing and accounts receivable functions. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: account reconciliation, file maintenance, accounting documentation and assist in monthly closings.
