Director of Product & Marketing

The Director of Product and Marketing reports to the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and is responsible for igniting and managing rapid revenue growth. The role is considered an invaluable member of the leadership team and must have the vision, drive, and people leadership skills to succeed in a double digit growth environment. This person is a “hands on” leader operating with a sense of ownership as if the business was their own. And, through our stock option plan you will be an owner!

The successful candidate will lead a team of Product Managers and Marcom staff and champion product development and marketing strategies, overseeing the development of all stages of the product lifecycle including product marketing and product planning, through conception, research, design, pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution. In addition to assessing and prioritizing customer and market requirements, the Director of Product and Marketing works closely with development to deliver market-leading products.

Inside Sales/Territory Manager

As an Inside Sales/Territory Manager you will report to the Director of Sales and will have responsibility for igniting and managing rapid revenue growth in our Dealer Sales efforts. The role is considered an invaluable member of the sales team and must have the vision, drive, and interpersonal skills to succeed in a double digit growth environment. You will be a “hands on” sales professional operating with a sense of ownership. Through our stock option plan you will be an owner!

The Inside Sales/Territory Manager position is responsible for selling ARI product offerings to the dealers while creating, building, and strengthening long-term relationships, thereby driving repeat sales and renewal revenue. You will be responsible for growing the dealer base through personal prospecting within assigned area emphasizing relationship building and ARI’s commitment to value before, during and after the sale.

Dealer Catalog Sales Specialist

ARI is seeking an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic individual to join our Dealer Catalog Sales Team.

As a member of this team, you will generate leads, qualify leads, and build a funnel of opportunities large enough to meet sales objectives. You will also up-sell existing customers on additional catalog subscriptions and licensed seats in your territory. You will meet and exceed your monthly goals by managing your sales activity. This exciting sales position directly interfaces with top accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and revenue generation.

To qualify you must have a minimum of 2-4 years inside sales experience and a record of exceeding goals and sales targets. You will also have exceptional customer service orientation, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.

Senior Application Developer

As a senior application developer at ARI, you will design, code, test and analyze complex software programs and applications according to ARI’s standards. Showcase your ability for researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.

If you are the right candidate you will have 5 or more years of experience working with and developing software as well as a minimum of Bachelor’s in computer science or related degree in addition to the skills and abilities described above.

Manager of Software Quality

ARI is seeking an experienced manager to build and lead a quality assurance team in the successful testing of the company’s software releases.

If you have strong leadership skills and experience building and managing a team of software testers/quality assurance personnel you may be our ideal candidate. As the Software Quality Manager, you will be considered a working manager and will assist the team with the software testing as needed including directing and mentoring junior and senior test team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress, choosing tools and driving quality improvement initiatives. Superior organizational skills including strong analytical and problem solving abilities are required. This position is fast-paced and schedule-driven environment. The ability to review the requirements and test the software against those requirements is a necessary function of this position.

Project Manager

This position acts as a focal point for the implementation, tracking, and planning logistics between client accounts and internal departments, for development and project work. The right candidate will also be responsible for managing project plans, project tasks, deliverables, milestones, and for keeping key individuals informed of progress.

Collections Specialist

ARI Network Services remains one of the few companies growing during these tough economic times. This is a tribute to our excellent internal staff, superior services and relationships with first-class clients. ARI is seeking an experience Collections Specialist to join our team.

As the Collections Specialist you will report directly to the Accounting Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities include the collection of accounts receivable. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: cash applications, account reconciliation, file maintenance, accounting documentation and assist in monthly closings. This position acts as a secondary backup to the Billing Specialist.

To qualify, you must have an Associates Degree in Account or Business and a strong collections background.
