PartSmart DIY is a configurable, modularly structured standard software adaptable
to individual customer requirements for the professional management and optimized
provision of spare-parts, service and product information. With the database-supported
software, production lists, spare parts catalogs and service information systems
can be created and updated in a process-optimized, automated manner. In addition,
spare parts shops or service portals can also be set up with the software.

Database
The PartSmart DIY database bundles spare parts data (parts lists, exploded views,
photos, graphics, construction plans, prices, descriptive documentation like manuals
etc.) from various data sources (ERP, PPS, PDM, DMS, CAD system etc.). The data
can be integrated in the catalog database manually or via an interface directly
from other data sources. In the PartSmart DIY catalog database, the data are kept
media-neutral.
Workbench
With the workbench (editing tool, production environment) you can automatically
create print, CD or Internet catalogs with the single-source method. The output
of the data for print, CD or Internet catalogs can be triggered "on demand" at
the press of a button. Thanks to extensive configuration options (without programming),
individual catalogs or information systems can be produced (machine, device or
user-specific, for individual customers etc.).
Viewer/Browser Software
Your customers or employees can use the electronic catalogs you provide with the
free viewer, which you include for the users of your catalog on CD-ROM. It is
not necessary to install the software on the end user's computer.
Insert the CD-ROM and your spare parts and service data can be displayed – simply
and without special IT knowledge. The PartSmart DIY Internet catalogs can also
be viewed installation-free. All common browsers are supported.
